TeamSystem Group is one of the most important European leaders in the market for digital business management solutions for companies and professionals.Over the years, the Group has positioned itself as a true enabler of digital competitiveness for its customers.With the aim of supporting the competitiveness of companies and professionals, the TeamSystem Group has also developed innovative fintech solutions for the management of collections, payments, and bank reconciliations.In 2022, the Group recorded a turnover of 695 million euros, with direct offices serving more than 2 million customers operating on its digital and cloud platforms, where on average more than 415 million electronic invoices with a total of 850 billion euros transacted are handled each year.Thanks to a strategy of acquisitions aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the group's offerings in the cloud and digital transformation, TeamSystem has steadily expanded its offerings, entering the fintech services, ecommerce, SME rating and HR management markets.The TeamSystem group has more than 3500 employees and has always invested in technological research and development.Some 800 software engineers, 80% of them agile, are working on the development of ever more innovative, secure, and user-friendly solutions.Our mission is to bring digital into every business, which is why TeamSystem works every day alongside customers, SMEs, and professionals, to support their digitization programs, developing their competitiveness and making their processes increasingly agile.In order to enforce out HR Division we are looking for an engaging and energetic Talent & Development Lead.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting as a Talent business partner you will have the exciting opportunity to join our Talent team supporting delivery of our growth strategy and people plan: You will be responsible to manage and coordinate all the training & development operations needed to the Business Units you're going to manage.You will partner with the business, and their respective HRBPs, to understand the aims of BU/division business and what skills, knowledge and experience they will need in their teams to achieve them.You will play a strategic role in building the approach to Talent Management and Talent development.You will lead the delivery of the training programmes based on business priorities to ensure that the workforce is always technically able and competent.In order to support out talent development & growth, design, implement and manage career paths or development programmes Report on training and development budget, cost, uptake and effectiveness to business leaders, with a focus on ROI.DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on Talent & Development Issues preferably in an Italian Company operating in an international context.Will be considered mandatory in the role have a proven track record of successfully leading, managing and motivating people to enable them to achieve their full potential.Will be considered mandatory previous experience in Learning and Development: Individual Performance Management, Talent Identification and Development, coaching, mentoring and knowledge of potential assessment tools.You need to have the ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to manage initiative involving many colleagues process-wise.You also need the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented.We are looking for a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge colleagues at all levels of seniority from different functions in a constructive and effective manner.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external partners is mandatory.You have to be familiar with working in a large organisation i.e.working cross-functionally/departmentally and fast changing environments.We're looking for a a high degree of work ethic and professionalism, leading by example.Flexibility in travelling for work.MSc in Economics, Educational Science or Human Resources.Italian and English proficient knowledge (Mother Tongue or C1);
