What will you do? La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità delle seguenti attività su perimetro delle otto aree commerciali di Schneider Electric in Italia:
Impostare e monitorare un approccio continuo e dinamico all'Ambiente/Salute e Sicurezza.Gestire i problemi di salute e sicurezza e i piani di miglioramento, implementare gli standard di salute e sicurezza.Gestire le problematiche ambientali delle aree commerciali: gestione dei rifiuti, gestione delle emissioni generate dal Gruppo, implementazione degli standard ambientali (ROHS, W3E, ecc...)Promuovere e assistere il management nello sviluppo e nell'applicazione della politica sanitaria di gruppo rilevante per la protezione di tutti i dipendenti (benessere fisico, mentale e sociale...), proporre e aumentare l'impiego di strumenti di gestione.Stabilire programmi di prevenzione al fine di evitare infortuni sul lavoro e malattie professionali e relativi costi.Fornire supporto all'assistenza sanitaria e monitorare i cambiamenti normativi.Gestione energetica delle aree commerciali con analisi dell'andamento energetico ed efficienza attraverso progetti di digitalizzazione e rinnovamento impianti.Real Estate Management sul perimetro assegnato; in particolare, rappresentare il riferimento tecnico ed assicurare il coordinamento delle attività di filiale per l'area commerciale di Bologna, riguardo, ad esempio, alla gestione dell'impianto elettrico, dell'impianto HVAC , dell'infrastruttura di rete IT e dell'impianto BMS.What qualifications will make you successful? Laurea in tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente nei luoghi di lavoro o similari; Ingegneria.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Precedente esperienza di 3-5 anni nel medesimo ruolo RSPP/ASPP.Iniziativa, proattività, buone capacità relazionali e di teamworking.Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia.What's in it for me?
