Como Gerente de Programas na Pix Force, você será responsável por planejar, executar e supervisionar diversos projetos de grande impacto que estejam alinhados com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Trabalhará de forma transversal com diferentes equipes, garantindo que todos os projetos sob sua gestão sejam entregues dentro do prazo, escopo (qualidade) e orçamento. Além disso, atuará como o principal ponto de contato para os stakeholders, gerenciando comunicações, riscos e métricas de desempenho dos projetos para assegurar o sucesso das iniciativas.
Planejamento do Programa:
Desenvolver planos detalhados para os programas, alinhando-os aos objetivos de negócio e prioridades estratégicas. Colaborar com a liderança para definir o escopo, metas, entregáveis e prazos dos programas. Gestão de Programas:
Supervisionar a execução de múltiplos projetos simultâneos dentro do programa. Acompanhar o progresso dos projetos, gerenciar cronogramas e assegurar a conformidade com os parâmetros de escopo e orçamento. Gerenciamento de Stakeholders:
Atuar como o principal ponto de ligação entre as equipes de projeto, a liderança e os stakeholders externos. Facilitar canais de comunicação claros e fornecer atualizações regulares sobre o status dos programas, riscos e marcos importantes. Gestão de Riscos:
Identificar proativamente riscos e possíveis obstáculos nos programas. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de mitigação para minimizar os riscos e garantir a entrega bem-sucedida. Alocação de Recursos:
Trabalhar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a alocação adequada de recursos (pessoas, orçamento, tecnologia) para cada projeto. Gerenciar prioridades concorrentes para assegurar que os objetivos dos programas sejam atingidos. Gestão Financeira:
Monitorar e gerir o desempenho financeiro Requisitos
Requisitos:
Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas (Pós-graduação/MBA desejável). 5+ anos de experiência em gestão de programas ou projetos em empresas de tecnologia ou indústrias similares. Forte entendimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos. Experiência comprovada em gerenciar múltiplos projetos complexos simultaneamente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e relacionamento interpessoal. Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas. Proficiência em ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
