Coordinato dallo specialista, il manutentore elettrico si occupa di garantire l'efficienza e il corretto funzionamento degli apparecchi e macchinari di produzione attraverso attività di assistenza e manutenzione.
Il manutentore elettrico riceve su supporti elettronici le richieste di intervento (ticket), effettua interventi di manutenzione elettrica ordinaria e straordinaria, comprese le attività di assistenza, per garantire l'efficienza e il corretto funzionamento degli apparecchi e macchinari di produzione e per consentire la normale lavorazione e al termine della manutenzione compila i report sulle richieste di intervento.
Dunque, si occupa di risolvere problemi tecnici, anche complessi, ed effettuare riparazioni o sostituzioni di componenti malfunzionanti o in avaria, ripristinando il corretto funzionamento di interi impianti produttivi.
Le aree di attività di questa figura lavorativa comprendono la diagnostica elettrica, la ricerca e la riparazione dei guasti e la manutenzione preventiva.

Principali mansioni:
·Effettuare test diagnostici per verificare lo stato di funzionamento della macchina o dell'impianto,
·Individuare le principali anomalie o malfunzionamenti elettrici di una macchina o impianto,
·Analizzare le cause del guasto o di un'anomalia,
·Eseguire piccole operazioni di setup e calibrazione elettrica delle macchine o impianti di avviamento,
·Assistere l'operatore della macchina nella sua configurazione elettrica,
·Procedere alla sostituzione dei componenti elettrici,
·Effettuare test per verificare lo stato del macchinario dopo un guasto o anomalia,
·Trovare l'approccio migliore per eliminare la causa del guasto e impedire che si verifichi di nuovo,
·Redigere una relazione sull'intervento,
·Aggiornare il libretto di manutenzione dei macchinari o impianti.

I candidati ideali sono in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
-Buona conoscenza tecniche degli impianti elettrici, meccanici e speciali,
-Buona conoscenza delle principali apparecchiature dei vari costruttori (frigo, motori),
-Buona conoscenza delle normative,
-Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali (es. Coswin),
-Conoscenza impianti di processo e relativa documentazione tecnica,
-Conoscenza di base leggi fisiche (termodinamica, elettrotecnica, meccanica, lavorazioni meccaniche e/o elettroniche),
-Buona conoscenza delle normative e le normative tecniche generali,
-Utilizzo PC,
-Utilizzo strumentazione di misura e di processo.

-Capacità di diagnosi e riparazione dei guasti
-Buone capacità relazionali
-Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e di prendere decisioni in autonomia

L'inquadramento e la RAL saranno commisurati all'effettiva competenza maturata dal candidato/a e la formula contrattuale utilizzata sarà volta a garantire stabilità e sicurezza.
