We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and safely removing mold from residential and commercial properties, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: Conduct inspections to identify sources of mold and moistureDevelop remediation plans to remove mold and prevent future growthPerform mold removal and remediation, including cleaning and sanitizing affected areasUse specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to eliminate mold and prevent future growthCollaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budgetCommunicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer serviceFollow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environmentWe also do water restoration work including:Setting up air movers and dehumidifiersThermal Imaging CamerasMoisture MeterDaily Data Logs on the job sitesQualifications: Previous experience in mold remediation or related fieldCertification in mold remediation is a plusKnowledge of industry safety standards and protocolsAbility to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license and clean driving recordIf you meet the qualifications for this position and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
