Shipping Officer

Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for a Junior Shipping Officer to join the Shipping Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site.
Main activities: Creating and uploading of customs bills; Ascertaining and closing non-EU shipments; Issuing certificates of origin and sending original documents; Managing courier documentation with verification of relevant invoices; Planning transport and generating all necessary documentation; Defining loads in compliance with predefined rules and timeframes; Controlling load information by communicating with drivers and warehousemen.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields; Knowledge of the English language; Previous experience in the sector is considered preferential.
