**Maintenance Ground Instructor**:
TXT Group is looking for an Aeronautical Instructor to be placed in the Aerospace & Defence division of the TXT e-Tech Group company, for ground training of maintenance and specialised technical support staff.
**Main Responsibilities**:
The Maintenance Ground Instructor will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical courses in classroom and hangar at customer sites.
In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
Creation of ad hoc training material with respect to the client's needs and relative revision of existing material;
Delivery courses in Italian and English languages, with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in the classroom and hangar;
Continuous updating of course topics, particularly on aircraft technology and configuration, to meet standard training requirements;
Collaborating with other instructors and the course leader in the preparation of the training plan;
Preparing and updating examination papers and administering course examinations as an examiner.
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years' experience in the aviation field as an aircraft maintainer, preferably in the helicopter field;
Possession of some of the following attestations/certifications (B1; B2 AML/MAML);
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook);
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
**The following will be considered as a plus in the evaluation**:
Possession of ICAO level 3 certification;
Previous experience as an instructor (preferably as a ground-based aviation instructor);
Previous experience in the field of aviation maintenance or equivalent;
Experience in carrying out training activities, preferably in the aeronautical field.
**Qualification required**: degree in aerospace/aeronautical engineering, electronics, mechanics or aeronautical diploma.
The person must have strong public speaking skills, an aptitude for problem solving, communication and organisational skills, be able to work both in a team and on his own, and have previous experience of working in multicultural contexts.
The training activity will take place at facilities in Varese, but foreign travel is possible.
