Diesel is a truly worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel, who will be placed within the European legal team and will be based in Diesel Global HQ in Breganze (VI).
The candidate will report to the Legal Counsel EU and work closely with the Global Diesel Legal Team as well as with the OTB Legal Team.Main activities and responsibilities: Draft and review of contracts and legal documents; Support in the negotiation of the contracts; Maintain databases ensuring accurate recording of legal contracts and other legal documents; Ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations within Europe; Advise other internal departments on legal matters and impacts of regulations and local laws within Europe; Prepare analysis and review on the main legislative updates; Support the activities related to ordinary and extraordinary Corporate Affairs duties and board meetings in different countries within Europe.Main requirements: Master Degree in Law; A minimum of 1-2 years' experience focused on retail, distribution, marketing, procurement contracts.
Excellent knowledge of corporate laws and corporate matters within a global company or legal law firm; Excellent knowledgeof the English language; other language skills (French, Spanish, German) would be preferred; Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Willingness to travel; The profile must have a problem-solving approach, passion for accuracy, willingness to learn, and a high level of confidentiality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
