**INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER**:
- DHL Express Italy, _società leader mondiale nei servizi di trasporto espresso e logistici, appartenente al DHL Group, per il terzo anno consecutivo premiata nr.1 Great Place to Work in Europa, ricerca una risorsa con consolidata esperienza come Industrial Relations Expert con volontà di crescere nel ruolo di **Industrial Relations Manager.**
**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?**:
- Partecipare attivamente e in autonomia al confronto a livello locale e nazionale con i Sindacati su tematiche giuslavoristiche, contrattuali o organizzative.
- Gestire l'applicazione delle procedure disciplinari e rappresentare l'azienda in sede giudiziale ed extragiudiziale nelle controversie di lavoro
- Partecipare alla risoluzione delle problematiche in materia di diritto del lavoro
- Supportare l'istruttoria del contezioso del lavoro
- Collaborare nella applicazione delle politiche di relazioni industriali in funzione delle necessità organizzative e strategiche aziendali
- Gestione dei rapporti con le Organizzazioni Sindacali e assicurare il rinnovo dei contratti integrativi aziendali
- Verificare il rispetto della normativa giurisprudenziale relativamente ai diversi aspetti del rapporto di lavoro subordinato e parasubordinato
- Collaborare con i fornitori esterni per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche connesse ai rapporti di lavoro e alle relazioni industriali (consulenti del lavoro, studi legali, ecc.).
**COME TI IMMAGINIAMO?**:
- Formazione accademica a indirizzo giuridico (preferibile) o economico
- Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Industrial Relations Expert
- Solida esperienza nella gestione di tavoli sindacali
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio regionale e nazionale (almeno 25% del tempo), automunito
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (intermedio)
