Manpower, per azienda multinazionale operante nei settori della produzione e distribuzione di gas naturale, energie rinnovabili e servizi, è alla ricerca della figura di: CONTRACT ASSISTANT Riporterai al Contract Manager e, in coordinamento con il team Industrial &amp, Facility Energy Services, gestirai le attivit di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei Contratti a te assegnati.
Quali saranno le tue responsabilit ?
Supporterai il Contract Manager nel: Predisporre i preventivi e le offerte economiche per lo sviluppo dei lavori indotti di commessa Assicura la corretta esecuzione delle attivit di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria e relativa contabilizzazione .Gestisce il sistema di manutenzione (EAM) e relativo monitoraggio di SLA e KPI Assicura la corretta gestione e conduzione degli impianti nel rispetto dei parametri contrattuali di comfort previsti e della massima economia di servizio da parte dei tecnici Assicura che tutte le attivit vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto della normativa tecnica e delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza Gestisce la direzione lavori per la manutenzione straordinaria e riqualificazione impianti esistenti Assicura un buon rapporto con il cliente Gestisce la rendicontazione economica delle prestazioni rese, i mezzi e le risorse assegnate nella logica dell'ottimizzazione e nel rispetto delle norme in materia di rapporto di lavoro Gestisce l'interfaccia tecnica con le altre funzioni interne all'azienda coinvolte nel progetto Predispone la programmazione delle attivit relazionando al Contract Manager su eventuali scostamenti Coordina il personale tecnico interno a lui assegnato e in subappalto affinché svolgano le attivit di competenza è preposto per la sicurezza e dovr garantire e assicurarsi che i propri tecnici e i subappaltatori operino nel rispetto della normativa .Gestisce la documentazione di accesso in sicurezza al sito designato sia per i dipendenti interni che per i subappaltatori Tipologia di contratto: tempo determinato in somministrazione con prospettiva Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì (7:30-16:30) Luogo di lavoro: Mogliano Veneto (TV) vetrinabakeca
