Book transactions incurred within accounts receivable using ERP (QAD) software.
Implement direct debit processes for accounts receivable with banking software.
Maintain active receivables in close collaboration with the customer service and sales teams.
Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries with customers and other parties.
Generate invoices and account statements.
Produce monthly reports for management on receivables management.
Reconcile intercompany balances and correspond within the group.
Execute balance reconciliation and clarify accounts with external partners.
Maintain master data.
Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely fashion, including the associated reporting within the organisation.
Conduct cross-departmental project work for process optimisation.
Monitor and process electronic invoices.
Set up new customers, including performing credit checks.
Investigate on-hold orders in collaboration with other departments.
Conduct cash collection activities using dedicated software (CashNow).
Act as the key contact for external auditors for accounts receivable-related topics.
Are you our match?
Completed higher education, preferably with a focus on finance.
1 to 2 years of practical experience in finance.
Solid experience with MS Excel and knowledge of MS Office.
Good organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Italian as mother tongue.
Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
