In qualità di Learning Coordinator farai parte del team responsabile della formazione dei dipendenti nei nostri siti logistici.
Ti assicurerai che tutti i dipendenti acquisiscano le competenze necessarie per svolgere il loro lavoro quotidiano nel rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità e produttività.Sarai il punto di contatto dei team operativi in loco per monitorare il processo di assunzione dei nostri neoassunti e assisterli.
Collaborerai con diversi team di supporto per aggiornare i documenti di formazione, implementare modifiche ai processi e assicurarne l#39;adozione da parte dei siti.Key job responsibilitiesOrganizzare i corsi di formazione iniziali e di aggiornamento per soddisfare i nostri indicatori di performanceRegistrare tutti i corsi di formazione e valutare l#39;assegnazione delle competenzeSupervisionare lo sviluppo delle competenze dei nostri dipendenti attraverso la formazione su vari ruoli al fine di prepararli per il piccoFormare gli Ambassador, che si occuperanno di fornire coaching ai team locali quando necessarioA day in the lifeAvrai un ruolo importante nel miglioramento delle prestazioni e nell#39;esperienza di inserimento dei nuovi dipendenti attraverso corsi di formazione che impartirai.
Il ruolo del coordinatore della formazione è anche quello di monitorare i progressi giornalieri delle stazioni di consegna e il rispetto delle attività e degli obiettivi standard di Amazon.
