**What You Can Expect**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Pricing Specialist** to join our team.
As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies, managing pricing systems and processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing across Zimmer Biomet in EMEA focusing on the Italian Market.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Tender Teams, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with a passion for pricing and operational excellence.
**How You Create Impact**:
- Pricing Governance and Compliance
- Pricing Operations Management
- Pricing Analysis Management
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collect and organize Tender pricing documentation.
- Formalize deals with Public Customers, to comply with ZB pricing policies.
- Create dashboards of Pricing KPIs to measure pricing performance and instill a culture of analysis, learning and improvement
- Monitor sales data, run analyses, track changes in pricing data and quantify impact of price, volume and mix into price variances.
- Insert new prices into SAP, perform pricing adjustments into the system
- Manage Pricing Data (i.e cleaning SAP from obsolete/not active/not allowed products, reviewing Price inputs in SAP)
- Maintain and enhance pricing systems, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient pricing execution
- Monitor pricing-related processes in SAP, identify any issues or discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently
- Regularly review and update pricing information in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels and platforms
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, thresholds of pricing approval escalation process, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Monitor and enforce pricing controls and procedures to prevent pricing errors
- Collaborate with other teams to define and implement pricing rules, guidelines, and procedures
**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
- Experience in pricing related operations, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal command of English
- Proficiency in SAP and experience working with master data.
