Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewelry and watches. Your opportunity 1. Develop DOS event planning/strategy and execution (360Event will include Pop-up & flagship store Props preparation - Saiji & hotel event) Develop DOS event planning based on marketing strategy. 360 activation plans liaised with product launch and brand objectives. Attracting brand experiential event to upgrade brand awareness/consideration and pamper customer journey. Special animation to generate the traffic. New customer acquisition activities. Manage agencies, fixtures, and any other resources efficiently. Control event budget carefully in terms of ROI. Work closely with Store planning, Retail, Operation and Marketing team and lead the project with clear goal. Review the result. PDCA is required. 2. Department store media Manage Department store media, such as print, web and SNS. Liaising with MD of assortment. Construct the sentence, proofread, and check the specs. Review the result. PDCA is required. 3. Web maintenance & updates Translate and proofread for new launch. Upon any issue, work closely with HQ and solve in timely manner. 4. LINE planning & execution Expose monthly LINE to increase awareness/consideration to Pomellato customers also to acquire new potential customers. 5. Competitor research Monitor competitors research and report monthly to the Director. 6. Material order (Printing collaterals, Gifts, Props, Uniform) Manage ordering printing collaterals (catalogue, DM, leaflets, etc), gifts, props and uniforms within the budget and deliver to the boutique in timely manner. Maintenance the props and review inventory. Provide the guidance to boutiques. 7. Media asset production Prepare the assets for OOH, AD for media.  8. Budget Control/Mange budget relating to the Marketing activities. Monthly invoice payment 9. Team support when needed.  Who you are 5 years+ experience in Marketing in Retail Industry (Luxury preferred) Nativelike level of Japanese and Business English Job Type
