What you will do The HVAC Sales Representative - Centro-Sud Italia will be responsible for the management of YORK chillers sales activities within the assigned area, with the objective of maximizing sales in terms of volume, turnover and margin, increasing the commercial penetration and developing the assigned markets.
How you will do it Manages Sales Agents and works with them to ensure they have the full technical and commercial support and promotes salesDevelops sales strategies and sets sales targets for individual Sales Agents and for the areaMonitors the Sales Agents performances and motivates them to reach targetsTargets opportunities within our HVAC sector that translate into profitable growthDevelops, communicates, and implements a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK brand across the areaAchieves the target for sales in the assigned areaDeals directly with major customers within the assigned areaDevelops long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end-usersUnderstands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and servicesSeeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned areaPartners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors)Keeps up to date with products and competitorsReports sales figuresGrows and updates regularly the pipelineReports punctually to his manager. What we look for Previous experience within the HVAC industry with a special focus on chillers applicationsSales experience within the chiller market and a proven track recordTechnical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experienceHigh level of creation of new accounts and opportunitiesStrong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environmentExcellency in verbal and written communication skills. Location: Rome / Naples / Bari
