Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.
**Partner with the best**
In this role you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the WIP release to the customer. You will play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.
As a Short Term Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in daily production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders
- Developing dispatching list to oversee work orders to ensure resource planning, shop capacity, tooling and materials availability
- Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimize inventory KPIs
- Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in Engineering or a good experience in Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
- Display a mechanical knowledge with an analytical approach to innovation
- Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and competency with MS Office
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English and Italian
