La divisione Adecco Lifescience, specializzata nella ricerca di profili in ambito sanitario e farmaceutico, ricerca per una multinazionale farmaceutica con sede in Roma, una risorsa da inserire per la posizione di:Supply Chain and Logistic Associate (sostituzione maternità)La figura, riportando al Supply Chain Lead e all'Head of Finance & Supply Chain, sarà responsabile della gestione degli ordini giornalieri, delle pratiche relative ai bollini e alle comunicazioni con i fornitori.
Sarà inoltre il punto di contatto per il Customer Service su tutte le questioni relative a ordini, reclami e comunicazioni da inviare ai clienti.In questo ruolo avrai l'opportunità di:Gestire gli ordini dei clienti ospedalieri, inclusa la verifica e correzione, il completamento, i resi, le sostituzioni e le allocazioni.Coordinare le comunicazioni con i fornitori per gli ordini di acquisto, monitorare l'arrivo dei carichi e gestire lo stock.Supportare i colleghi della Sales Force attraverso la gestione delle pratiche di assistenza e la risoluzione di problematiche operative.Supportare l'attività di gestione dei reclami di qualità, supportando l'amministrazione nella gestione di note di credito/debito, sostituzioni e notifiche alla qualità.Elaborare i KPI dei livelli di servizio di clienti e fornitori.Elaborare i KPI di magazzino (stock out, livello scorte, overstock, ecc.
).Monitorare i progressi della produzione e comunicare con i produttori/fornitori per monitorare i processi di Supply Chain.Requisiti richiesti:Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito Supply Chain o Logistica, preferibilmente in ambito farmaceutico o medical device.Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e buona capacità di analisi dati.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire scadenze con precisione e puntualità.Saranno valutati come titoli preferenziali:Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o dei Trasporti, o titoli equivalenti.Esperienze pregresse con ERP di gestione (in particolare Microsoft BC).E' previsto un inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità, RAL e inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza (sino a 30K), + ticket restaurant da 7€.Sede di lavoro: RomaData inizio prevista: 01/12/2024Categoria Professionale: ImpiegatiCittà: Roma (Roma)Disponibilità oraria:Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
