After Sales Engineering Specialist

**Responsabilità**:
- Gestione di offerte e progetti post-vendita (manutenzioni preventive e correttive, validazione, calibrazione, aggiornamenti tecnici);
- Gestione promozioni, offerte e vendite di pacchetti ricambi per installazioni standard e custom.
**Mansioni**:
- Preparazione di offerte post-vendita su richiesta del cliente o input del reparto commerciale;
- Gestione degli ordini e delle forniture di ricambi, mediante coordinamento della supply chain aziendale e il team logistico nel rispetto del commitment verso il cliente (tempi di consegna, contratto di assistenza in corso/copertura in garanzia, ecc.);
- Inserimento e consultazione dei dati nell'ERP aziendale;
- Ricerca codici delle parti di ricambio sulla documentazione disponibile nel PDM aziendale (disegni 3D, schemi elettrici/pneumatici/P&ID);
- Supporto all'utente finale mediante invio di specifiche tecniche, dettagli di spedizione, documentazione;
- Interazione con l'ufficio tecnico per l'evasione delle mansioni assegnate.
**Studi
- Corsi di Formazione**:
- Diploma di Istituto tecnico Industriale ad indirizzo meccanico/tecnologico o Laurea triennale in Ingegneria, preferibilmente Meccanica o dell'Automazione.
**Competenze Tecniche**:
- Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico (mediante applicativi bi-tridimensionali) e/o dei progetti di impianti elettrici;
- Buone capacità di utilizzo del Pacchetto MS Office;
- Conoscenza degli applicativi aziendali SPAC - Siemens Solid Edge
**Competenze Relazionali**:
- Organizzazione;
- Problem solving;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari e multiculturali.
**Competenze linguistiche**:
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (francese e/o tedesco).
**Esperienza**:
- Esperienza di almeno un anno nel settore tecnico;
- Preferibile esperienza nella progettazione di macchine e/o impianti per il settore farmaceutico.
