In funzione delle indicazioni ricevute dal Team Leader di Manutenzione, svolge i compiti e le attività sotto elencate per le quali è stato abilitato dall'apposito training, nel rispetto delle SOP aziendali e di reparto e delle normative di sicurezza vigenti.
COMPITI SPECIFICI
- Effettua interventi per il ripristino dei guasti meccanici ed elettro-strumentali durante la produzione secondo quanto previsto da SOP vigenti.
- Effettua interventi di manutenzione preventiva e straordinaria secondo quanto previsto da SOP vigenti.
- Esegue i cambi formato e i set-up di linea predisponendo la stessa alla produzione secondo quanto previsto da SOP vigenti.
- Effettua modifiche migliorative delle linee di produzione secondo le direttive del Team Leader di manutenzione nell'ambito di un sistema di controllo delle modifiche.
- Ottimizza con interventi mirati il funzionamento delle macchine.
- Svolge attività da attrezzista utilizzando anche le macchine in officina meccanica.
- Compila le schede di intervento di manutenzione programmata contribuendo alla ottimizzazione dei contenuti secondo quanto previsto da SOP vigenti.
- Verifica le performances delle linee durante la produzione al fine di evitare il decadimento delle rese.
- Contribuisce alla formulazione ed al miglioramento del cambio formato.
REQUISITI
- Diploma tecnico o comprovata esperienza nel campo
- Esperienza di manutenzione meccanica e/o meccatronica su macchinari in ambito produttivo automatizzati; esperienza nella costruzione e istallazione di macchinari industriali automatizzati
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Spiccate capacità di problem-solving e team-working (ad.
Capacità di relazionarsi tramite i canali più appropriati a seconda della situazione e degli interlocutori)
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni
