to support the very successful growth of our businesses in the Central part of Italy: Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo and Molise.

As Account Manager you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters' products and services.
You will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers' business and its growth plans, as well as be able to take the knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing "customer success".
This position brings you a great degree of flexibility working in the field.
Your role will be designated to either a territory and/or markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- The main responsibilities include:
As a member of the Sales Department Group South Europe Region your primary responsibilities will be the sales according the company targets of systems solutions in Center/South Italy:
- Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems sales promoter
- SFx, LC, UPLC and automation penetration
- Center Italy systems solution existing customers reference
- Center Italy new customers and markets development
- Strategical Marketing and MarCom local support according medium-long terms goals
Additional responsibilities include field activities such as:
- Cooperation with after sales Service, Finance and Consumable Business Organizations
- Customer Satisfaction
The role will require around 60% travel.
A valid driving licence is required.
Qualifications:
- Chemistry/Biochemistry Degree - Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in life science and chemical analysis related discipline and sales experience in the scientific science minimum 3 years.
Food&Environmental and pharma/biopharma market esperience will be a plus
- Territory knowledge
- Accounts management skills
- High level communication experience with Executives
- Asset management consultancy know-how
- Effective relationships with both internal and external customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Spanish and/or French and/or Portuguese languages knowledge will represent a plus
