We bring together small groups of like-minded millennials and send them on life-changing experiences to 300+ destinations all over the globe.We're on a mission to design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry.ABOUT THE ROLEJOB TITLE: (Junior) Finance Accountant (Fixed term)LOCATION: Milano, Italy (Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office)TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, 1 year fixed term to start with;SALARY RANGE: €23-26k + BONUS AS FIXED TERMWhat you'll do:Own the responsibility for the company balance sheets and profit/loss statements through the recording of journal entries, monthly provisions, accruals/deferrals, bank/credit card registrations, and related reconciliations;Be in charge of the management of the "tour operator closing procedures" through registering invoices in the new customized ERP;Cost and margin monitoring;Work cross-functionally between the global finance and other business teams, developing key relationships and influencing multiple levels of the business;Take a proactive approach to reporting, system, and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in global finance function;Support group financial departments with special projects and ad hoc reporting requests, as required.What we're looking for:Background in Economics, Finance, or a related field.Excel and Microsoft Office package expertise.Precision and exceptional organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with others.Fluent in English.At least 6 months/1 year of Finance experience (internship or junior role)You will love working at WeRoad if:You are ambitious, want to build and be part of something huge, growing faster than you thought possible.You love travel and want to join a young, smart, and fun team of people who love it, too.You prefer adventure instead of daily routine and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are an entrepreneur at heart and a self-starter and aren't afraid to take on a lot of responsibility, right from the start.You welcome feedback and see mistakes as stepping stones to success.What we can offer:A free WeRoad trip every year to the destination of your choice.A great workspace.
