Job Requirements
La risorsa selezionata, all'interno di un team chiamato a fornire supporto ingegneristico a programmi di sviluppo in ambito di propulsione aerospaziale, sarà coinvolta in attività di design e implementazione di software con metodologia Model Based Design e design di leggi do controllo. Supporterà inoltre le attività dei team di Verifica e Validazione nello sviluppo e implementazione di test procedures e review e rappresentazione dei rispettivi risultati.
Assicurerà, infine, che la documentazione tecnica dei progetti di propria pertinenza sia prodotta e mantenuta in modo conforme alle policies aziendali, agli standard normativi ed a quanto richiesto dalle organizzazioni regolatorie e dalle agenzie di settore.
Work Experience Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccatronica, Automazione, Informatica, Aerospaziale, o affini; esperienza di almeno un anno in attività di sviluppo SW e modelli pertinenti a sistemi di controllo maturata in contesti aziendali modernamente organizzati e strutturati, idealmente afferenti i settori Aerospaziale, Automotive o ambiti analoghi; padronanza della metodologia di Software Model Based Design e di tools quali Matlab, Simulink, Scade; familiarità con nozioni di controlli basilari e avanzati e design di leggi di controllo; buona padronanza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato in contesto lavorativo dinamico e caratterizzato da stringenti deadlines, affidabilità, attitudine al lavoro in team nonché forti capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilità organizzativa e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
Si valutano sia profili di brillanti neolaureati, interessati ad intraprendere un percorso professionale nel settore, sia profili junior/intermediate con già all'attivo 1 – 2 anni di esperienza.
