Roles Objectives As an Intern, you will be part of our Operations Communications Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing Technology Bologna S.p.A and will be reporting to the Manager of Operations Communications.
The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Global team supporting the management of internal communication for the Operations department.
You will be responsible for event organization, from the event's concept to speaker engagement, content preparation, and logistics.
You will support the design of communication campaigns and the creation of specific results and pieces of communication.
Specific Responsibilities: Coordinating engagement and networking events for the Global function in the Bologna site Creation of video or written interviews with different internal stakeholders Support in the development and launch of global communication campaigns from concept, development, deployment, and measurement of results Who we're looking for: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related fields Literacy in Office Suite Proficient in English and Italian Ability to work independently, in a team, and to engage with multi-functional collaborators Video creation - entry level Graphic Design Programs (Canva, Photoshop) - entry level What we offer Type of contract: Internship of 6 months length, full time Work location: Bologna Our success depends on our employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
