Four our new connectivity Center of Expertise – Digital Product House, based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO), we are looking for and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer.

This team is responsible for the transformation and innovating in the market for business Domestic Appliances. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view, different ways of thinking, new capabilities to strengthen and improve the digital strategy for our customers.

The impact you'll make in this role
• Training, optimization and implemention of AI models specifically tailored to drive customer engagement and smartness of our connected products
• Actively follow the latest advances in AI and machine learning and integration of innovative solutions into our processes
• Ensuring best practices related to data ethics, privacy, and security in all AI-related projects
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Write high-quality… maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and best practices
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, documents, and knowledge-sharing materials.

The skills and knowledge you'll bring
• Hands-on experience using advanced SQL, Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jupiter and other open-source stacks like HuggingFace
• Experience using ML platforms and building ML pipelines on AWS
• Experience working with LLM and NLP
• Experience with agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and disciplined experimentation
• Team-minded with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
