Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients.Want to help us make a difference?Using plant-based resources, we collaborate with our customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients.Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs, and they enable healthier lifestyles.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Reliability Engineer will have the following key accountabilities:Manage and coordinate the Team under his/her responsibility, motivating and training them on the topics of safety (environmental and H&S), production, and protection of company information and assets.Oversee and supervise, in the role of "Preposto per la Sicurezza", work activities with the aim of ensuring that safety measures are correctly applied.Guarantee the correct data collection of OEE and maintenance data (CMMS).Analyse machine failure data (breakdown analysis) using defined Problem Solving tools (Root Cause Analysis and others).Coordinate working groups (production, maintenance, quality) aimed at improving the reliability and maintainability of the machines.Define and formalize Preventive Maintenance Plans complying with the company objectives and maintenance strategy.Define the needs of spare parts according to the defined maintenance policy.Define the necessary skills for carrying out Preventive Maintenance activities.If necessary, provide support for OPERATING MAINTENANCE during breakdown interventions.Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence in the development of specific projects.Prepare the schedule of activities to be carried out during the stops and verify the results.Verify compliance with Preventive Maintenance plans in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.Identify and report opportunities for Predictive Maintenance development.Participate in the design of new and revamped machines by promoting activities to improve Reliability and Maintainability.Collaborate with METHODS in the drafting of maintenance procedures.Verify the technical and economical performances of Maintenance through the appropriate KPIs and KAIs.Participate in company meetings with Production and Maintenance.Collaborate with Maintenance structure to develop Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Maintenance (RBM).TECHNICAL SKILLSThe main Reliability Engineer Technical Skills are:Knowledge of policies, procedures, and rules to implement safety and protection of people, information, and property.Knowledge related to the development and management of engineering projects for reliability and efficiency improvement.Knowledge of root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and reliability centered maintenance (RCM) methodology.Knowledge of predictive and preventive reliability technologies.SOFT SKILLSThe main Reliability Engineer soft skills are:Time management.Ability to analyze problems and situations with precision.Ability to summarize and quickly identify the heart of the problems.Openness to change and diversity.Ability to innovate.Autonomy and enterprising spirit.Strong functional/transversal communications skills.Strong interest in reliability and process optimization.Polyvalent with multiple competencies and technical versatility.Leadership skills.Focus on excellence.SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSEducationMaster's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic.Experience3-5 years, preferably in the reliability maintenance of industrial plants.Language requirementsMandatory: English (advanced); Nice to have: French.Digital requirementsNice to have: Knowledge about CMMS (SAP) / technical documentation, ASPEN, standard software packages (Office, etc.
