Among the various activities Ariston Group is setting up a new central Digital Solutions organizational unit, fully agile, with new people and skills on the current and future digital technologies being responsible of all Digital Initiatives all over the group driven by the new Digital Strategy For this organizational unit the Digital department is looking for a Digital Solutions Senior Specialist specialized in Marketing Automation and related Digital experience platforms. The candidate should provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of an efficient and effective Digital solutions. He/she should create key deliverables that support the evolution of the new Digital Solutions across the company, in order to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement, test and deploy applications on our main Digital Experience Platforms in an extended integrated end to end scenario with backend systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), Digital Commerce solutions and Cloud applications.Work with architect peers (information and technical architects) to analyze company business context (business strategy and trends), to derive the application solutions architecture future state. This includes defining the requirements, principles and models that guide application solutions decisions for the companyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create a new world-class Digital Platform and its related ApplicationsDesign the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring Marketing Automation & related applications development best-practices and security aspectsParticipate to the new initiatives in the Digital solutions area with the main goal to review and approve application solution design decisions and perform Quality assurance on Partners/Suppliers deliverables, within established level of authority, prior to implementation particularly for new or shared application solutions to help ensuring the expected levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deploymentLead Marketing automation developments and implementations for creating and enhancing Digital solutions projects/products Create and maintain the relevant application solutions design and developments documentationCANDIDATE PROFILE Degree in computer science, engineering or a related studyProven experience in: Digital Projects involving Marketing Automation tools/applications, design and implementation of new Digital Customer Omni-channel experiencesKnowledge of Adobe Marketo in an integrated scenario with back-ends (ERP, CRM, ..)Knowledge of main Web Technologies (HTML5, CSS, Java, Javascript, Angular, React, Vue, ..)Experience with SEO, Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager,) implementation and UX/UI paradigmsExperiences and flexibility in working in Agile/Hybrid Agile Methodologies Experiences with CMS (Adobe AEM), CRM Integration (with focus on Microsoft D365) and e-Commerce solutions are a plusProficiency in English and availability to travel complete the profileSKILLSExcellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiationLeadership, planning and organizational skillsProblem solving, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to balance the long-term (big picture) and short-term implications of individual decisionsMotivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomesWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
