As a global yet fast-evolving company, we're looking for team members who want to grow and evolve with us.About the role:We are looking for a Manufacturing Planning Engineer who, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, will coordinate the Production Planning Control Team within the Electronic Systems Corbetta Plant.This position is located at our Corbetta Site (Milano) however this job falls under the scope of our company's smart working policies.As Manufacturing Planning Engineer, you will:Plant support by the efficiency analysis and the productivity improvement planning;Maximize production output with the minimal resources (head count, materials, equipment);Production result capturing and required action defining;Cost competitiveness planning and realization;Visualization of productivity and clarification of loss by analysis;Calculation and optimization of required manpower according to customer demand and equipment and line load according to customer demand;Lead production competitiveness KPI tracking and improvement activity and Equipment utilization survey;Manufacturing plant whole cost and head count budgeting and actual condition control;Mid-term manufacturing plant strategy and activity planning and execution;Proper level of expertise inside the plant on the Work Analysis topics by verifying the right understanding and application and ensuring alignment to the Central Manufacturing guidelines;Spread amongst the plant the common standards of the Work Analysis by verifying the right understanding and application and ensuring alignment to the Central Manufacturing guidelines;Internal benchmark among Electronics Plants by the exchange of the best experiences;Support Marelli Manufacturing System activities, enhancing MMS principle and tools and facilitate their deployment;What you will bring:Engineering Degree3+ years of experience in manufacturing shop floor/line management or similar roleFull professional proficiency in EnglishKnowledge and experience in time and motion study through MTM UAS systemDeep knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing logics and toolsStrong competence in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge in ExcelStrong problem solving and conflict management skillsHigh willingness to make/drive decisionsAbility to translate business needs into strategic actionsGood planning and analytical skillsProject and goals focusBeing open to propose and drive pragmatic solutions under given constraints of time and costExperience in Automotive Market will be a plusWhat's on offer:Fast-paced yet supportive and high-performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility.Support in onboarding and further training that will set you up with Marelli's speed.A hybrid work model, helping you to achieve work-life balance—combining the best of both spending time working remotely, benefitting from focus time, and purposeful co-creation time in the office.Take the next step:Are you ready to join Electronic Systems-Corbetta Plant?
