La risorsa si occuperà di implementare, configurare e supportare una soluzione gestionale in ambito fleet management e/o travel management e nello specifico:
Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e configurare il software in base alle specifiche necessità rilevate;Fornire supporto tecnico e assistenza agli utenti finali;Condurre sessioni di formazione per gli utenti sul funzionamento del software;Collaborare con il team di sviluppo per migliorare le funzionalità del prodotto.
