The figure will be responsible for managing electrical design, coordinating the team of Electrical Technicians (8 people) dedicated to designing industrial plants related to Bottero Flat Glass Upstream and Downstream products. An enthusiastic and innovative approach to team management will be crucial to driving innovation forward. In particular, the responsibilities will include:Coordinating R&D for the electrical partCoordinating the work team (8 resources) and external design studiesDesigning through Eplan softwareAnalyzing and studying design processes and subsequent implementation on-site with the aim of suggesting innovation and optimizationCoordinating relationships with other design teams, testing, budgeting, production scheduling, etc.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar • At least 3 years of experience in electrical design coupled with a strong desire for managerial growth and corresponding attitude • Availability for occasional short trips (10% of the time) • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Proficiency in design using Eplan software • Previous experience with PLM • Knowledge of industrial network architectures (OT) • Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and personal initiative are required, as well as an aptitude for managing the work of other colleagues. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar • At least 3 years of experience in electrical design coupled with a strong desire for managerial growth and corresponding attitude • Availability for occasional short trips (10% of the time) • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Proficiency in design using Eplan software • Previous experience with PLM • Knowledge of industrial network architectures (OT) • Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and personal initiative are required, as well as an aptitude for managing the work of other colleagues.
