In 1967 the Société Générale founded the first location in Milan.Mission:As an analyst of Middle Office GTB, you will support the local Middle Office team in any administrative activity for Domestic Guarantees.You will manage in autonomy your task and you will have to work in a team, always under the supervision of the Head of the Middle Office.The role requires a strong client service orientation, process and regulatory knowledge and interpersonal and communication skills.Tasks and responsibilities:Providing customer support by creating a strong link with the clients and being at the centre of the relation of the clientManagement of the entire process of domestic guarantees. In particular: receipt of the request by the client, preparation of the indemnity letter, analysis of the texts proposed in collaboration with Legal Departmentcheck the acceptability of the transaction and its feasibility in accordance with the credit line and internal procedures (commercial delegation, risk agreement)execute compliance checks before the transactionsissue and register the guaranteesnotary requested (notarisation)administrative follow-up (amendments, extensions; book off)monthly check outstanding guaranteesother administrative activitiesCoordination with the Back OfficesProfile required Studies & experience:Diploma - Technical Administration, Finance and Marketing or degree in Finance or similarPrevious experience in Domestic Guarantee and Customer ServiceLanguage skills:Fluent in Italian and EnglishTechnical, operational & Soft skills:Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point & WordCapacity to understand quicklyAdaptability to the bank's systemsFlexible, autonomous and responsibleTeam playerWhy join us Société Générale Italy is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
