L' EHS Specialist è la risorsa che, sotto la supervisione dell'EHS Country Manager/RSPP e in costante coordinamento con l'Ente EHS di Corporate, sviluppa correttamente tutte le disposizioni per la sicurezza, la salute e la protezione dell'ambiente, garantendo la rispondenza alle prescrizioni normative nel plant logistico di riferimento.
La risorsa inserita dovrà:
Ricercare il miglioramento continuo delle performance EHS, garantendo la piena ed omogenea rispondenza di tutta l'organizzazione operante nel sito alle prescrizioni normative, alle policy aziendali ed alle best practices;
Gestire gli scadenzari delle idoneità sanitarie del personale nell'organizzazione delle visite mediche;
Garantire la gestione dei piani formativi, la diffusione della cultura della sicurezza attraverso l'erogazione diretta di training specifici e/o corsi di formazione obbligatori così come previsto dall'Accordo Stato Regioni;
Provvedere alla consegna dei DPI e alla relativa tenuta/controllo delle scorte in conformità al documento di valutazione dei rischi (DVR);
Effettuare audit interni di prima e seconda parte, garantendo il controllo della conformità della documentazione di idoneità delle imprese appaltatrici/subappaltatrici, organizzando le riunioni di coordinamento, verbalizzando le evidenze e le Non Conformità e trasmettendole all'EHS Country Manager/RSPP;
Identificare l'insorgenza di nuovi rischi derivanti dalle attività al fine di mantenere aggiornato il DVR e supportare l'EHS Country Manager/RSPP nella valutazione e l'analisi degli eventi (infortuni, near miss, etc), proponendo azioni preventive e correttive;
Monitorare gli scadenzari e l'aggiornamento dei piani di manutenzione e verifica periodica di mezzi di trasporto e sollevamento, attrezzature di lavoro e impianti;
Partecipare alle Riunioni periodiche di cui all'articolo 35 D.lgs. 81/2008 e s.m.i.
Requisiti:
Diploma/Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;
Esperienza pregressa nella mansione;
Attestato di abilitazione ASPP e formatore interno;
Conoscenza della normativa di riferimento (T.U. 81/08 s.m.i.);
Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione (UNI EN ISO14001, UNI ISO 45001);
Orientamento al risultato, capacità organizzative ed analitiche, problem solving;
Capacità relazionali e comunicative;
Conoscenze informatiche (pacchetto Office);
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
