Stage Area Reporting and Enterprise Business Applications Italy - Trieste Job descriptionStiamo ricercando un/a tirocinante da inserire all'interno della funzione Controllo di Gestione della sede Corporate di Trieste. La risorsa lavorerà nel team di Reporting and Entreprise Business Applications e collaborerà sia nelle attività strutturate di reporting che in quelle progettuali di digitalization in un contesto in rapida trasformazione organizzativa e funzionale. Il ruolo prevede l'interazione con le funzioni di controllo delle Business Unit italiane ed estere del Gruppo Fincantieri, nonché la partecipazione attiva ad un progetto primario di digital and business transformation. AttivitàLa risorsa collaborerà con il team e lo supporterà nelle seguenti attività: Progetti di transformation dell'area di reporting, relazionandosi sia con il Project Management Team che con i fornitori esterni.Gestione del ciclo di vita della reportistica, dalla raccolta dei requisiti, alla supervisione del fornitore esterno alle fasi di test.Supporto alla valutazione, revisione ed ottimizzazione dei processi.Gestione delle attività manutentive ed evolutive legate al controllo di gestione delle divisioni Navali.Fornire supporto agli stakeholder business per l'analisi di problematiche legate al reporting.Monitorare e gestire i flussi dati all'interno dell'ecosistema di reportistica. Requisiti Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o in area tecnico-scientifica.Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, scritto e parlato.Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare in Excel.Completano il profilo caratteristiche personali quali buone doti relazionali, capacità di lavorare in squadra, motivazione, sensibilità numerica, problem solving e orientamento al risultato.
