As a Beach Attendant, you will provide warm and engaging beach services to our registered Guests to create memorable experiences.
Hourly Rate: $24.44 What you will be doing: Ensure all beach chairs are well maintained and clean. Set up and tear down consistently in accordance to guidelinesAssist guests in finding a location on the beach, setting up their area as requestedInform guests about safety flags, ocean conditions and safety precautionsEnsure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of beach exceeds expectationsMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Able to work in a high-pressure environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team playerOne year experience in customer servicePrevious experience in luxury hotel environment desirable involving multi-tasking, attention to detail, and customer serviceLicenses or Certificates CPR and First Aid CertificationTuberculosis clearanceValid Driver LicenseWater Safety Certification is an assetYour working environment: Must be able to withstand very warm and sunny conditionsMust be able to lift, carry, push and pull 100 lbs.Constant standing, walking and reachingOccasional lifting/carrying, pushing and pullingOccasional crouching, bending, stooping, and kneelingRequires grasping, writing, repetitive motions, listening, hearing and visual acuity Additional Information All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
