Job Title: Radiology Informatics - Tech Lead (Technical Project Manager) Job Description: Being part of our Radiology Informatics (RI) international project delivery team, focused on the European region.
You will become a reference for technical project governance and technical resource coordination on the delivery of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions to customers.
You will be working in tight contact with Project Managers, Strategic Business Architect, Sales, Delivery Engineers, and RD teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to specifications and quality standards as well as on time and budget targets.
You will be engaged in large scale and complex projects, such as regional solutions, large strategic programs, and key customer management.
Your role: Driving and/or leading successful product adoption and optimization during and after solution implementation/delivery, aligning people and processes with the technology.
Analyzing contract, architecture documentation, project initiation documents and joining project kick-off meetings to gather all information about the solution to be delivered.
Performing stakeholder analysis, both internal and on the customer side, ensuring to collect expectations and concerns from all key stakeholders.
Supporting Project Manager to update and maintain Statement of Work, feeding with technical plan and highlighting technical constraints, assumptions, and risks.
Working side-by-side with Project Managers to ensure project schedule is in line with SoW and assisting with resource assignments from central teams and other international teams.
Coordinating the technical delivery team, ensuring they follow the process as defined in the SoW, and acting as a single point of contact for communication between the various technical teams involved.
Hosting and maintaining the defect list until handover to service, engaging the proper resources for resolution of various issues and ensuring timelines are met.
Updating regularly all key stakeholders and providing feedback to their requests and/or concerns, elaborating the proper solutions.
Acting as change manager during the delivery phase, by designing and approving changes to the original solution.
Contacting and working with Product team (RD), Solutions Architect, and sales when needed.
Attending and coordinating Go-Live operations, ensuring proper handover to service operations.
Contributing to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assessing and sharing repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
Executing activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework.
Being a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fostering collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise.
Driving continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback.
Representing Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.
You're the right fit if you have: Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in project management, technical team leadership, and technical resource coordination.
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies; SCRUM master certification will be considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2.
Good knowledge of ITIL framework.
Good knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre SQL, including knowledge of SQL language.
At least basic knowledge of programming languages; preferred languages: Perl, Python, PHP, .NET.
Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS.
Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix OS.
Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server, and storage technologies.
Good understanding of cloud technologies; experience with AWS will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, Network Switch, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, and Load Balancers.
Independent problem-solving, analytical, and scientific approach.
Team working attitude.
Good communication skills, experience in creating status summary reports and writing technical documentation.
English B2 Level as minimum (C1 is preferred).
Desired competencies: SCRUM Master, Prince 2, Togaf 9, ITSM certificates as a plus.
