Progettista, Mechanical Design Engineer (M/F) attrezzature Agricole

Offre inoltre servizi per la preparazione del terreno, la coltivazione e la manutenzione delle aree verdi. Per realizzare il piano dell'ampliamento del portafoglio prodotti innovativi, cerchiamo un Progettista, Mechanical Design Engineer (M/F) per il potenziamento dell'ufficio R&D.
La figura ricercata Di cosa ti occupi: Progettazione meccanica di soluzioni innovative e Restyling di macchine e attrezzature agricole. All'interno di un team cross-funzionale progetti e sviluppi nuovi prodotti e componenti meccanici per attrezzature agricole, traducendo le esigenze del mercato in specifiche di prodotto. Conduci e supervisioni le fasi di prototipazione. Coordini colleghi e collabori con diversi teams, tra cui produzione e qualità, per assicurare la fattibilità dei progetti. Garantisci l'integrazione efficace dei nuovi prodotti e processi. Partecipi ad attività di test sul campo per valutare le prestazioni dei nuovi prodotti e per garantire gli standard di qualità e sicurezza.  Stesura, revisione e supporto della documentazione tecnica, inclusi specifiche di progetto, disegni tecnici e manuali di istruzioni. Compili le distinte basi, la ricerca codici ecc nel ERP/ sistema gestionale. Fornisci supporto tecnico durante l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, inclusa l'implementazione di miglioramenti e modifiche. Effettui analisi strutturali e calcoli dimensionali per garantire la robustezza e l'affidabilità dei progetti.  Rimani aggiornato sulle nuove tecnologie e tendenze nel settore delle attrezzature agricole. Riporti direttamente al Responsabile R&D. Profilo Ingegnere, tecnico-innovativo, con solide competenze meccaniche pratiche, focus su R&D; conoscenza dei sistemi di produzione agricola. Requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Diploma di Perito Meccanico. Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo (min 3/5 anni). Capacità di gestione progetti di piccole e medie dimensioni. Competenza pratica degli impianti e componenti meccanici, idraulici, elettronici ed elettrici. Conoscenza dei processi produttivi, dei cicli di lavorazione (lavorazioni meccaniche, saldatura, taglio e piegatura delle lamiere, stampaggio, …) e delle normative e degli standard di sicurezza pertinenti. Buona padronanza dei software di progettazione e modellazione 3D (Solid Edge, Inventor o simili) e delle normative specifiche vigenti. Padronanza del pacchetto MS office. Buona conoscenza dell'Inglese. Disponibilità a viaggiare, trasferte occasionali. Competenze:
Curioso, proattivo e hands-on con ottime capacità analitiche e di valutazione. Proattivo, applica approcci e idee creativi e risolutivi. Capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente e di prioritizzare la realizzazione in base agli obiettivi nei tempi e budget. Persuasivo, in grado di prendere decisioni; capacità di lavorare in team. Attenzione ai dettagli e attitudine all'applicazione delle normative. Flessibile.
