We manage South Tyrol's innovation district, NOI Techpark, and develop it further.
With a lot of networking and a wide range of services, we help to initiate RD projects, promote new talents and start-ups and make local companies fit and competitive for the future.
The Unit Food Prototyping Experience is responsible for product development in the food sector at the NOI Techpark.
NOI offers companies, research institutions, students, and local associations specialized advice, networking, project support, and events or workshops.In our Kitchen Lab, we support the development of food prototypes and organize seminars or workshops.
In the Gastronomy A6 project, we are building a living lab for gastronomic innovation at the interface with Digital and Automation technology fields.
As a Food Innovation Specialist, you will oversee the product development projects in the Kitchen Lab.
You will work as a key account with our customers, research institutions, local associations, and schools.
You will also use your expertise to develop innovative services and formats for culinary events.
We entrust this to you: supervision of development projects in the Kitchen Lab preparation, supervision, and validation of workplace and food safety measures recipe and product development for culinary events organization and moderation of events on innovation topics proactive further development of the Kitchen Lab program supervision of thematic working groups support for food start-ups You have what it takes: university degree in food technology, nutritional sciences, Gastronomy, or similar professional experience in product development, production, gastronomy, innovation, or project management in the food sector excellent knowledge of German and Italian, and a good command of English knowledge of business and/or category development, customer service design, and science communication is an advantage independence and consulting skills Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?Then NOI Ltd. is the right place for you.
