Lo stabilimento di Campiglione Fenile oltre ad essere un plant produttivo, è centro di eccellenza di ingegneria globale.
Il plant sviluppa e assembla diversi prodotti destinati al mercato Automotive e non solo.
Il core business del plant è rappresentato dai motori brushless, in due applicazioni: ECF (ventole di raffreddamento) ed eWP (pompe acqua elettriche).
Inoltre nel plant sono assemblati anche body electronics systems e HMI, nonché prodotti industriali, come joystick, controller o display per carrelli elevatori.
Lo stabilimento di Campiglione Fenile è, inoltre, impegnato in diverse attività di responsabilità sociale sul territorio, che comportano il coinvolgimento diretto dei suoi dipendenti.
Commodity Buyer: Scopo: Gestire il processo di acquisto operativo dello stabilimento di Campiglione e dei suoi componenti richiesti.
Responsabilità principali: 1.
Definire e aggiornare la strategia di acquisto delle famiglie di prodotti assegnate, in base allo scenario di mercato e alle esigenze aziendali.
2.
Gestire il processo di selezione dei fornitori di componenti e reporting 3.
Gestire il processo di negoziazione commerciale con i fornitori per soddisfare gli obiettivi economici aziendali.
4.
Supportare criticità logistiche/qualitative generate dal parco fornitore assegnato.
5.
Gestione listino aggiornamento prezzi componenti 6.
Rendicontazione economica delle prestazioni del fornitore e analisi delle deviazioni.
Requisiti: Master o Bachelor (preferibile) 2-4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo Conoscenza del mercato automobilistico Preferibile conoscenza delle dinamiche del mercato dell'elettronica Capacità di reporting e analisi Capacità di comunicazione efficaci a tutti i livelli aziendali Conoscenza dello strumento SAP (modulo MM) Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office Inglese fluente (scritto, parlato) Cosa offriamo: Due giorni a settimana di home office Formazione continua e training specialistico Sistema di welfare per i dipendenti Flessibilità oraria Hanon Systems riconosce il ruolo fondamentale che i nostri dipendenti svolgono nel successo dell'azienda.
