As a Senior Sales Associate within our luxury universe, your pivotal role is to orchestrate an extraordinary experience for our esteemed clientele while embodying the epitome of sophistication and refinement. Your responsibilities include:

Client Engagement & Elevation:
Extend a warm and sophisticated welcome to local and international clients entering the boutique, cultivating an ambiance that epitomizes luxury.Deliver personalized and exclusive service by discerning the nuanced needs, preferences, and individual styles of each discerning client.Cultivate enduring relationships with our most esteemed clients, fostering brand loyalty that spans the test of time.Leverage a detailed knowledge of clients' preferences and purchase history to curate tailored and anticipatory service.Expand a client network through personalized interactions and exceptional service.Mastering of Storytelling & Givenchy's collections:
Demonstrate mastery of storytelling and the features and intricacies of Givenchy's collections guiding customers with in-depth and compelling information.Artfully guide clients through our extensive collection, highlighting the unique attributes of each exquisite item.Assist in creating captivating displays, ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment.Exceeding Sales Targets:
Be a performer Contribute to an elevated customer experience, fostering a performance-driven culture. Exceeding Sales Targets.Discern and capitalize on high-value sales opportunities, leveraging an acute understanding of clients' specific desires.Team collaboration & Sharing:
Share knowledge and best practices - Morning Brief - with colleagues to strengthen team performance.Be able to train new people arriving.Operations coordination:
Execute sales transactions with the utmost precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Manage cash operations, encompassing product packaging and the meticulous issuance of receipts.Collaborate daily and closely with stock team, involvement in inventory management.
As a Senior Sales Associate, your wealth of experience and refined approach will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of our luxury brand, ensuring that each client engagement is a testament to the unparalleled excellence we embody.

Profile YOUR PROFILE
Previous Experience: Proven 3/4 years experience on a Sales Associate position, within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment, with high-level of performance. Be Result-oriented Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills, effective communication and mentorship abilities. Deep mastering of storytelling and understanding of customer expectations, Givenchy's brand and collections. Commitment to Givenchy's brand identity.

Extensive luxury retail experience with high-level of performance.Language Proficiency: Very good [local language/second language] language skills.Passion: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets. You want to be an ambassador of an audacious Maison. You are passionate about fashion and the client experience.
