**_ LE TUE SFIDE_**:
Sarai inserito nella funzione di **Backoffice magazzino** con sede a Romanengo (Cr)** **della società AB Service, che si occupa dei servizi di post vendita per tutti gli impianti Biogas, Biometano e di Cogenerazione installati presso i clienti in Italia e nel Mondo
La funzione si occupa della pianificazione e preparazione dei materiali che permettono ai tecnici in campo di eseguire le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinarie
Ti occuperai del coordinamento e della gestione del team del Back Office e ti occuperai delle seguenti macro attività:
- Pianificazione della preparazione della merce in uscita
- gestione della documentazione della merce in entrata e in uscita
- Preparazione di Picking List e Packing list.
- Organizzazione dei turni del team
- Interfaccia con Warehouse coordinator per la pianificazione delle attività
- interfaccia con l'ufficio logística
**_PERCHÉ SCEGLIEREMO TE_**:
- Possiedi un diploma tecnico o una laurea in ingegneria (Gestionale o meccanica)
- Hai maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo affine
- Hai esperienza in coordinamento di attività e risorse
- Hai spiccate doti di problem solving
- Sei una persona proattiva, dinamica e disponibile alla** flessibilità**:
- Sei un/una team player, credi nel **lavoro in squadra** e ti piace condividere obiettivi
- Sei abituato a lavorare nel rispetto delle scadenze e alla gestione di emergenze
- Hai buona conoscenza di excell e di sistemi gestionali (SAP e WMS preferenziali)
