As RD Firmware Engineer, you will be accountable for architecture, design and development of the electronic boards based on microcontroller of new generation and match cybersecurity requirement.
You will follow the sustaining of the devices, train the Customer service and Commissioning teams, support quality team to define root cause analysis.

Analyse the requirements, architecture, design and debug of the electronics boards.
Collect and analyse functional and technical requirements.
Develop the technical documentation, according to the existing standards.
Perform effective analysis of functional issue or performance profiling with the FW and HW in test environments.
Construction of test tools (Automatic Functional test).
Support hardware definition for series production.
What We Expect From You?
Educated to degree level in electronics, automation engineering or similar discipline.
Proven professional experience as Firmware Engineer or in a related role.
Experience of writing embedded firmware in C and bare-metal programming.
Full working proficiency in both English and Italian languages.
Experience with the common bus protocol protocols (USB, UART, SPI, I2C).
Ability to debug HW and FW by tools and wide range of techniques.
Familiarity with laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
Strong team player with the ability to foster collaboration.
Commitment to proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
