Principali mansioni Technical Support: Gestione richieste di assistenza; Diagnostica problematiche; Risoluzione problemi di 1° livello ed eventuale assegnazione del ticket al 2° livello; Fornire supporto tecnico per l'installazione, la configurazione e l'aggiornamento; Documentazione e reportistica Requisiti Technical Support: Ottima e comprovata conoscenza della lingua inglese Capacità di sostenere una conversazione fluente in inglese Diploma/Laurea in Informatica/lingue o equivalenti Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali Interesse nel settore informatico Residenza/domicilio a Roma. Completano il profilo: propensione alle relazioni umane ed al contatto con il cliente, capacità di lavoro in team, orientamento al risultato, flessibilità. Sede di lavoro: Roma (in presenza) La risorsa per Technical Support verrà inserita inizialmente in tirocinio con rimborso spese finalizzato all'assunzione. Può essere alla sua prima esperienza di lavoro, in quanto sono previsti formazione e affiancamento.
