**Position overview**
Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by JnJ Supply Chain strategy that is critical to building the world's best supply chain.
Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital.
At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.
As a member of the Global Planning Excellence (GPEx), the Business Process Owner PLAN Integration has the responsibility over the efficient wiring and integration of PLAN processes within EMEA supply chain organization.
The two main focus areas are towards in-market planning execution and end to end synchronization between local and regional planning teams.
Partnering with business and supply chain team members, the PLAN integration BPO will design, define, implement, sustain and govern standard processes across the region, this both on a tactical and strategic level.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to copack planning activities, supply/availability management, demand & supply collaboration, inventory management, short term planning execution.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Lead and/or contribute to regional projects, strategic programs and technology innovation projects enabling planning execution improvements
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, ways of working and team capabilities enabling synchronization between local and regional teams
- Ensure regional adherence to core planning processes/practices through structured monitoring, community building and ad-hoc audits or maturity assessments
- Own specific planning subprocesses (eg copacking, availability management, customer integration), defining continuous improvement plans and ensuring harmonized execution within EMEA region
- Lead change management conversations and process/tool adoption with business teams
- Strong leader able to connect, partner and influence regional & local supply chain functions as well as commercial business partners, always striving to deliver efficient and integrated planning processes
**Qualifications**
- Master or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations or related filed
- 6-8 years of operational supply chain experience with proven track records within supply and demand planning functions
- Experience within matrixial organization, leading supply chain activities in-markets while collaborating with regional functions
- Proven project management experience incl process design/re-engineering and change management
- Strong analytical skills & ability to convert complex matters into simple and practical plans
- String drive for results, able to propose creative solutions and influence cross functional partners for the implementation steps
- Excellent written and oral, communication, presentation & facilitation skills.
Able to drive alignment or consensus though influencing
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of E2E SC planning: Experience in process design/process re-engineering and systems implementations desired
- Experience with Planning systems or data science technology is required, experience in modules used by JnJ (such as APO, OMP, BW, R, Azure) is preferred
- Self-starter, working independently and with mínimal direction
- Good problem-solving skills, establishes positive change
- Other Experience: Six Sigma, SAP ERP, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools, APICS, FPX, Lean Process excellence trainings or certification appreciated
