Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) is a portfolio of global mid-sized specialty chemical and mineral businesses within J. M. Huber Corporation.

THIS POSITION CAN BE REMOTELY BASED IN ITALY.
Position Summary: We are looking for a bright and experienced individual to follow our already established sales network in the former CIS countries and develop the market by expanding the customer portfolio and introducing new products and solutions for the local agriculture.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, generating product demand, providing technical sales support to our distributors, and guiding the registration of new products.
Main Responsibilities: Build working relationships with distributors/dealer network in the assigned territory.
Establish excellent professional relationships with customers and professionals throughout the agricultural industry.
Organize and supervise field trials, field days, promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing activities in cooperation with the distributors and HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) marketing and technical team.
Responsible for setting and achieving sales budgets and objectives.
Deliver trainings for first-level distributor staff on HAS Technology and solutions.
Collect market information on dealers, retail locations, growers, prices, agronomical trends, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or agricultural-related topics.
3–5 years of experience in selling agricultural products , preferably agricultural biotechnology.
Detailed knowledge of common agronomic crops and common production practices with particular reference to plant nutrition.
Ability to quickly learn and apply scientific concepts and become an expert on our product portfolio.
Fluency in English and Russian language.
Possession of Russian passport.
Outstanding communication skills - effective verbal and written communicator of detailed product information and technical concepts to our customers, distributor/dealer accounts, agronomists, researchers, growers, etc.
in a range of environments that include everything from large group presentations to one-on-one meetings.
Well-organized and a self-motivated individual that works well alone and with a team.
Flexibility & ability to handle change are imperative.
PCA License preferred.
Proficient with computers and basic programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel abroad.
