**Descrizione del ruolo**
Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, che fa parte della Dorchester Collection, una delle migliori compagnie di hotel di lusso al mondo, cerca per la propria struttura una figura di Researcher.
La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà di raccogliere le informazioni relative ai nostri Ospiti e arricchire i relativi profili attraverso il nostro CRM, permettendo a tutti reparti di poterli conoscere già prima del loro arrivo e anticiparne le aspettative.
Collaborerà principalmente con i team Guest Experience, Front Office, Guest Relation e Creative, con cui condividerà le informazioni necessarie a costruire un'esperienza personalizzata e unica.
Dovrà essere una persona curiosa e scrupolosa, e saprà cogliere per prima tutti i più piccoli dettagli che serviranno a rendere memorabile il soggiorno dei nostri Ospiti.

**Principali mansioni e responsabilità**:
- Aggiornamento dei profili degli Ospiti, ricerca e raccolta di informazioni tramite tutte le piattaforme disponibili e analizzando i precedenti soggiorni in Dorchester Collection
- Collaborazione e condivisione costante con il Guest Experience, Front Office, Guest Relation e Creative Planner
- Utilizzo del nostro CRM Nexus per il raggiungimento degli obbiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi
