CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INTERN Lo stagista Customer Experience (CX) fa parte del team Global Marketing & Customer Care che ha la missione di fornire approfondimenti e raccomandazioni per migliorare le esperienze dei clienti e rendere l'organizzazione veramente incentrata sul cliente. Sotto la supervisione del Customer Satisfaction Manager, lo stagista sarà responsabile di effettuare diverse analisi intorno ai principali touchpoint personalizzati (Momenti della Verità) per i nostri diversi profili di clienti. La nostra serie già esistente di sondaggi transazionali sarà la base per condurre analisi basate sui dati e sul testo. Con l'aiuto dello strumento CX lo stagista eseguirà analisi statistiche; pertanto, è richiesta una buona conoscenza della correlazione e della regressione in quanto queste metodologie saranno utilizzate a supporto dei principali risultati. Alla fine di questo progetto ci aspettiamo di fornire un quadro globale di ciò che deve essere affrontato immediatamente per soddisfare e andare oltre le aspettative dei clienti.
Responsabilità La risorsa verrà formata per supportare nelle seguenti attività:
Fornire assistenza per gestire tutte le iniziative di misurazione della soddisfazione del cliente, inclusi i lanci di campagne, la configurazione di questionari di feedback e la consegna di report.Dare supporto con l'utilizzo della piattaforma CX aziendale e fungere da punto di riferimento per formare gli utenti.Gestione delle indagini transazionali già attivate sui principali Momenti di Verità (focalizzate principalmente sui touchpoint del Customer Service).Analizza i dati provenienti da diversi set di fonti per fornire approfondimenti sulla CX al business.Progettazione e realizzazione di nuove dashboard, nonché la manutenzione di quelle esistenti, per monitorare l'andamento della customer satisfaction.Requisiti: Laurea in Marketing/Statistica.Ottimo utilizzo di Excel.Ottimo Inglese (C1).Conoscenza teoria di Correlazione e Regressione.Mentalità analitica e predisposizione all'attività di analisi.Desideriamo incontrare candidati/e fortemente motivati ad un percorso formativo all'interno di una grande multinazionale strutturata. Sede di Lavoro: Torino Nord.
Inserimento: Stage Full Time di 6 mesi con rimborso spese 800€ + mensa.
