Cross Border Talents is looking for a Financial Accountant Star with Experience in Fintech or Auditing domain to work with a Multinational Fintech company in Malta,Working Style, HybridBenefits:Medical (Hospital plan), Dental & Life InsurancePreferential home & personal loan rates with APS bankDiscounted Corporate Gym Membership ratesOccupational Pension Fund (eligible for after 2 years of employment)Parking Allowance of 420 per annum (applicable after probation) and paid on a monthly basis through payrollWhat you will do;Prepare monthly management accounts and associated workings.Conduct internal control processes to bolster monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outcomes.Reconcile balance sheets and compile relevant supporting documentation.Aid in monthly cost assurance and variance analysis.Verify payroll and manage related accounting tasks.Complete quarterly VAT returns.Assist in compiling audit deliverables, financial projections, and Board packs.Participate in establishing and upholding accounting policies and procedures.Champion improvements and automation in internal processes and workflows.Provide support to the finance department for ad hoc requests and reporting needs.Requirements;ACCA qualified or possessing a Masters Degree in AccountancyMinimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in a Big 4 Firm (audit experience preferred)Conversant with IFRS accounting principles and experience in financial reportingExperience or knowledge of income tax, VAT , or inventory management is considered an assetAmbition to enhance knowledge and skills in a rapidly changing and dynamic environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelExcellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work diligently and on own initiative with minimal supervisionQuick learner with a proven track record in problem analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
