ManpowerGroup Italia, divisione Professional, per Plant italiano di un gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore energentico che offre soluzioni su misura dedicate alla generazione distribuita ed efficienza energetica (fotovoltaico, solare termico, storage…), onsite utilities (cogenerazione, biomassa…), servizi agli spazi e alle persone (Facility Management) e lavori di realizzazione e manutenzione (Installations), ricerca una risorsa da inserire come Junior Project Manager presso la sede di Milano nell'ambito della Global Business Unit BtoB La risorsa, all'interno della divisione Installations, riportando al Project Manager, in coordinamento con il team, si occuperà di Seguire il management e la realizzazione in cantiere di diverse tipologie di commesse come impianti di cogenerazione, trigenerazione di taglia media-piccola, impianti fotovoltaici su tetto e a terra, data center; Supportare il Project Manager Senior nell'esecuzione operativa dei contratti affidati attraverso la gestione efficace delle risorse; Soddisfare le esigenze del cliente nel rispetto del budget, delle procedure aziendali in materia di etica qualità e sicurezza e della normativa; Supportare nella gestione complessiva del contratto nel rispetto delle condizioni e prestazioni contrattuali; Gestire eventuali modifiche contrattuali, reclami e contenziosi; Supportare nella predisposizione del budget di commessa ed effettuarne il monitoraggio; Supportare nella gestione degli acquisti nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali; Garantire l'applicazione della normativa sulla sicurezza; Gestire il planning di commessa. Si richiede:   Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica/Meccanica/Energetica/Gestionale o comprovata esperienza nel campo elettrico Conoscenza delle normative tecniche di settore. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese scritta e parlata sarà un plus Conoscenza dei sistemi informativi di supporto. Ottime capacità relazionali Ottime capacità di gestione della complessità e del cambiamento Flessibilità, proattività, orientamento al risultato e alla qualità, attitudine al team working e organizzazione Disponibilità a trasferte su province limitrofe, altre regioni presso altri plant aziendali per supervisionare e analizzare le attività Inserimento diretto in azienda con pacchetto retributivo di valore e benefit.
