Per conto di nostro cliente, storica e vivace azienda operante da oltre 100 anni nel settore metalmeccanico, siamo alla ricerca di un/unaPRODUCT MANAGERRiportando ad una figura con ruolo di coordinamento, la persona ricercata si occuperà dello sviluppo e gestione del prodotto di competenza.ResponsabilitàSviluppare una chiara visione e strategia per il prodotto, allineandola con gli obiettivi aziendali.Creare e gestire una roadmap del prodotto, delineando le funzionalità principali e le tempistiche di sviluppo.Supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dalla fase di ideazione, progettazione e sviluppo, fino al lancio, alla crescita e all'eventuale dismissione.Definire i requisiti del prodotto (Product Requirements Document, o PRD), dettagliando le funzionalità, le caratteristiche e le specifiche tecniche.Coordinare i vari team coinvolti (sviluppo, marketing, vendite, assistenza clienti) per assicurare una coerenza e una comunicazione fluida durante tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita del prodotto.Condurre con l'area marketing ricerche di mercato per comprendere le esigenze degli utenti, identificare opportunità di mercato e valutare la concorrenza.Analizzare i dati di utilizzo del prodotto e il feedback degli utenti per migliorare costantemente il prodotto.Sviluppare strategie di go-to-market per il lancio del prodotto, lavorando a stretto contatto con il marketing per creare campagne promozionali efficaci.Definire il posizionamento del prodotto sul mercato, il pricing e la comunicazione del valore ai clienti.Definire e monitorare le metriche chiave (Key Performance Indicators, KPI) per valutare il successo del prodotto.RequisitiLaurea in Ing.
Meccanica/Industriale/Gestionale;Conoscenza delle tecnologie industriali, l'automazione industriale, la robotica, i sistemi di gestione della qualità e altre tecnologie che influenzano la produzione.Conoscenza delle normative industriali (normative e standard industriali applicabili quali ISO, CE, FDA, ecc.
);Competenza comprovata nel garantire che i materiali e le componenti necessari siano disponibili quando e dove servono, ottimizzando i costi e riducendo i tempi di consegna.Conoscenza metodologie Lean e Six Sigma per migliorare continuamente i processi produttivi, riducendo gli sprechi e migliorando la qualità del prodotto.Abilità nella gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori e i partner della catena di approvvigionamento.Forte orientamento al cliente, con capacità di negoziazione e di gestione delle aspettative.Tipologia contratto: tempo indeterminatoSede di lavoro: vicinanze di GALLARATE (VA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
