OVERVIEW: Reach Agency is looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Account Coordinator to support our expanding client service team. This role assists in developing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, working across internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered in a timely and successful manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the management of assigned client relationships with the aim of delivering above & beyond on behalf of your clientCollaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Talent) to ensure smooth communication and to improve on process and outputOwn meeting coordination, notes capturing, and follow ups for your clientsReview client briefs and assist with campaign developmentPrepare and manage project timelinesAssist in campaign execution, including delivering campaign updates to the brand and supporting the creative review process internally and externallyEnsure all internal and external project management tracking resources are regularly up to date and all project materials are organizedDevelop strong internal relationships with all disciplinesAssist in creating agency POVs or other work to be presented to the clientTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally at a creative or influencer agencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProactive and resourceful work styleA deep passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platformsReach Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
