This position reports to: Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities: Working within the Process Automation Business Area - Measurement & Analytics Division, the Sales Specialist develops, implements and updates the sales strategy for customers in Italy. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: LI-Remote. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions. Defining sales targets for the accounts, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across Measurement & Analytics Division. Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets. Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken. Driving the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools. Qualifications for the role: You would like to grow in the world of direct Sales, working with Instrument & Analytical products/solutions. You are passionate about managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, collaborative and solution-focused approach. Knowledge and experience of using CRM and Sales Tools are a plus. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English. You possess a collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
